When you arrive in Tromsø you will be picked up at the airport, and 10 minutes later you will be
stepping inside the very best accomodation Tromsø has to offer. Our unique, high-end Villa is situated
right by the shore and lies in the middle of a beautiful recreational area in Tromsø. Telegrafbukta is
just a stone’s throw away, and due to very little light pollution, this is the best spot in the whole city to
experience the Northern Lights. Also, the vibrant city of Tromsø is just a 5 minutes drive away.

Facts about the Villa:

Parking/entrance: The Villa has a double integral garage with «hidden» garage doors. You can enter
the Villa privatly through an access door inside the garage.

The master suite: The master suite is 90m2 of pure luxury. In front we have floor-to-ceiling windows
with sliding doors where you can access a 25m2 balcony outside. Walk-in closet with connecting
bathroom and a babyroom.
Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. When the Northern lights appear,
you can experience the majestic beauty from a warm and luxurious kingsize bed. Keep the sliding
doors open and fall asleep to the calming sounds of gentle waves breaking on the rocks. For the daring
ones, we recommend to lay outside on the terrace and gaze up at one of the worlds greatest spectacles
under the open sky.

Bedrooms: All beds have allergy tested duvets and pillows of Norwegian muscovy down in all
bedrooms. Furthermore, we use Egyptian cotton bed linen including cotton sateen sheets.

Furniture: The villa has high quality designer furniture from Røshults of Sweden, Walter Knoll, B&B
Italia, Poliform and local handcrafted furniture.

Kitchen: High quality German kitchen by SieMatic with all the kitchen accessories a professional
chef could wish for.

Wellness: A gym room with a connecting changing room, shower and a sauna. The gym offers a wide
selection of free weights as well as a treadmill. If you choose to end your training session with a hot
sauna and a refreshing bath in the Arctic sea, you will beyond any doubt feel energized.

Entertainment: 65’’widescreen TV with 7.1 sourround sound. The villa has ceiling speakers in several different zones
which can be controlled through an ipad.

Dining: ‘Your private chef will give you a modern execution on traditional norwegian cuisine’.
We take pride in showing our food traditions from the northern parts of Norway.

Dinner menu: The dinner menu will be based on locally caught seafood (fish, king crab, scallops,
mussels and caviar) and meat from local farmers (reindeer meat, Lyngen lamb, veal and beef).
Food is paired with an excellent selection of wine from our wine cellar (extra cost)
We can also tailor the dinner menu after our guests desire.

Breakfast: Consists of a variation of homemade bread, our famous pancakes, buns and croissants,
jams from hand picked arctic berries, fresh fruit and smoothies. Our guests are welcome to make
wishes regarding breakfast.
